5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Full payment must be received prior to the course start date. Any cancellations or change of dates will need to be made in writing. Cancellations or no-shows made less than six weeks before the course start date will result in the loss of full fees. If the Academy needs to cancel a course, alternative dates will be arranged or a full refund will be provided.

MAG Dental Academy makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, with respect to the quality, content, accuracy, completeness, currency, freedom from computer virus, or non-infringement of proprietary rights, of any of the content of articles or materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, and hyperlinks.

7. Limitations

In no event shall MAG Dental Academy be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials on the MAG Dental Academy’s website, even if MAG Dental Academy has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes that may arise between the parties under, out of, or in connection with these Terms of Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
