ABOUT THE COURSE
In this 3 day full immersion course we cover the why, when and how for anterior full coverage restorations. The main focus is hands-on practical teaching of contemporary preparations and fabrication of beautiful and functional provisional restorations. We will be focusing on outcome based preps by managing anterior teeth as they realistically present rather than in their ideal, full contour shapes. The programme includes extensive discussions regarding materials for both provisional and definitive restorations, and when to consider vertical preparation. Using a case-based approached, we will dive deep into planning and executing indirect restorations with excellent predictability, all backed by the latest evidence available. Finally, our master ceramist will join us for an interactive session discussing materials, layering, shade matching and many more. Delegate numbers are limited to ensure an intimate and constructive learning environment.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
- Discuss the concept of contemporary, outcome-based preparations for lithium disilicate and zirconia ceramics.
